Alpine Safes stands behind its products. If a product arrives damaged, we will replace the item free of charge. Note that the safe must be sent back in its original packaging. Please read our Refund & Return Policy.
If you made a mistake and provided the wrong shipping address, please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible. Products that have already been shipped will be subject to an additional charge by the freight company for address change.
