The AMSEC UL1511 Fire and Impact Safe is the smallest of AMSEC’s UL series safes. The UL series of safes provides outstanding fire protection for papers that cannot be replaced. This container is ideal for storing jewels, passports, cameras, electronic memory devices, collectibles, tax returns, documents, or cash. This series also includes four bigger units.

The AMSEC UL1511 Fire Safe is U.L. Class 350-degree F two-hour fire and impact rating is listed. This indicates the safe can survive fires of up to 1850 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 hours. The safe is also designed to protect its contents from high impact, such as a 30-foot drop from the second story. Such is the strength and security provided by these safes.
Thick door for added security
The AMSEC UL1511 Impact Safe has additional barriers and features for burglary protection. A 3 ½” thick recessed door and has a ⅝” thick front. This shields the safe from prying eyes or sledgehammer attacks. The locking mechanism is activated by a handle and features multiple ⅞“ diameter solid steel locking bolts with a chrome finish.

The AMSEC UL1511 Safe is locked with a U.L listed Group II key changeable combination lock that can be relocked. This lock has a possible 1 million combinations, insuring failure on random attempts by any miscreant. Upon severe attacks, the auxiliary spring-loaded relock device operates.
