High-strength door and body
The door of this safe has a solid 1/2″ solid steel plate and an overall thickness of 1-1/2″. The AMSEC BFS2214E1 Burglary Fire Safe body also has a 2.31″ double-wall steel construction, four live locking bolts to help prevent pry attacks, and three deadbolts on the hinge side. It also has a UL Residential Security Container (RSC) Burglary Classification, which means it passed a rigorous 5-minute performance test performed by one man using various mechanical tools less than 18 inches in length.
