Compact dual-door depository safe
AMSEC DSF3214CK Deposit Safe is a 144-pound dual-door depository safe. It has a total external dimension of 32.25″H x 14″W x 14″D and can fit in small and tight spaces. It also saves money because it has two compartments that function as two safes in a single unit: the upper door allows access to the drops from the front-loading hopper, and the lower compartment can be used to store coins and extra bills.
With front-loading hopper
A front-loading hopper is included with this AMSEC DSF3214CK Deposit Safe. It can handle huge packages with dimensions of 10.50″L x 2.75″W x 4.00″D. The top compartment, where deposits fall, has an internal storage capacity of 0.98″ cubic feet, while the bottom compartment has 1.1 cubic ft. The AMSEC DSF3214CK has dual “anti-fish baffles” with saw-tooth edges that use a thin wire to deflect envelopes during fishing efforts.
B-rated safe with durable construction
Because of its sturdy structure, the AMSEC DSF3214CK Deposit Safe has a B-rating for burglary classification. It has a recessed 1/2″ thick door and a 1/4″ thick steel body made of A36 solid steel. Because of its constructed jamb, the door is pry-resistant and can withstand sledgehammer blows. This safe also has four anchor bolt holes as standard, which you can use to securely bolt it down into any surface during installation.
Different lock types per door
As standard, the top compartment includes a dependable UL Listed Group II Combination Lock. Because this lock does not require batteries or a power source, it may save you money in the long term. You can, however, upgrade to a handier digital lock. If you require dual custody, the bottom compartment features a dual key lock (different from each other). You could, for example, give one key to the boss and the other to a supervisor or a trustworthy employee. The door can only be opened with both keys.
