If a fire reaches 1200 degrees Fahrenheit outdoors, the internal temperature will only reach 350 degrees Fahrenheit after one hour. This safe also has a Burglary Classification U.L RSC rating.
Features Intumescent Door Seal
AMSEC BF1716 Safe has a one-of-a-kind feature: an intumescent door seal. This means that when exposed to heat, the proprietary material developed by BASF can expand to up to 8 times its original thickness. After expansion, this material, PalusolⓇ, acts as a thermal barrier, providing extra protection for the contents inside.
Double Lock Security
